Ingredient
120g flour
3 tbsps custard powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp soda
3 eggs
180g sugar
4 tbsps melted butter
2 tbsps evaporated milk
1 steamed salted duck egg yolk (crushed)
Method
Sift flour, crustard powder, baking powder and soda together.
Beat the eggs with sugar with an electric mixer for 8 minutes until it stands.
Add sifted flour mixture to the eggs and stir well. Then leave it for 15 minutes.
Add melted butter and evaporated milk. Stir till well incorporated.
Line a 18-cm bamboo steamer with baking paper. Pour the batter in. Sprinkle the crushed salted duck egg yolk on top. Steam over boiling water for 30 minutes. Serve.
