Ingredient
300g belly spare rib
1 tsp minced garlic
1 stalk spring onion (chopped finely)
Seasoning
2 tbsp plum paste
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp water
Sauce
Marinade:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Shao Xing wine
4 tsp ginger juice
Method
Add marinade ingredients to spare rib and leave it for 20 minutes. Deep fry in wok till done. Dish up and drain.
Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Saute minced garlic till fragrant. Add spare rib and seasoning. Stir fry sauce thickens. Dish up.
