Ingredient
Preserved uni 3 tbsp
Minced ginger 2 tbsp
Frozen cooked crab meat 1/2 bowl
Cooked rice 4 bowls
Egg yolks 2
Chopped spring onion 2 tbsp
Seasoning
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Method
Soak crab meat in hot water. Drain.
Coat a wok with a little bit of oil. Add rice and stir until it's not sticky.
Saute minced ginger. Add egg yolks and continue to stir until no lumps are seen.
Add crab meat, spring onion and sugar, Finally, add uni and stir well.
