Ingredient
1 can winter bamboo shoot (cut into pieces)
6 shitake mushroom
300g pork belly meat
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp rice wine
A few drops sesame oil
Seasoning
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp ginger juice
Pinch of pepper
2 cups water
Method
Rinse mushroom and soak till tender. Squeeze dry. Set aside.
Rinse pork and scald in boiling water for a while. Cut into pieces.
Briefly deep fry winter bamboo shoot in boiling hot oil. Remove and drain.
Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Saute minced garlic till fragrant. Add pork, winter bamboo shoots and shitake mushroom. Stir well. Sprinkle wine. Cover wok and braise over low heat till sauce thickens. Add sesame oil. Stir well. Dish up.
