Ingredient
2 pieces hard bean curd
75g sweet pickled radish (diced)
75g peanuts (saut嶪d)
120g porkcollar meat (diced)
20g dried shrimps (diced)
1 tsp minced garlic
1 stalk spring onion (cut finely)
Seasoning
2 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
Pinch of pepper
3 tbsp water
Sauce
Marinade:
2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp corn starch
1/2 tbsp oil
Method
Rinse pork collar meat and dice. Mix with marinade ingredients. Leave it for 15 minutes.
Rinse bean curd and dice. Saute in frying pan till fragrant. Dish up. Rinse pickled radish and dice. Soak dried shrimps in hot water till soft. Dice.
Heat up 2 tbsp oil. Saute garlic till fragrant. Add diced pork and stir fry till done. Add seasoning, dried shrimps and bean curd. Stir fry till sauce thickens. Add saut嶪d peanuts and spring onion. Mixed well. Dish up.
