Steamed Preserved Pork and Fish

Ingredient

Preserved sea water fish 2 taels
Preserved pork 4 taels
Shredded ginger 1 tsp

Method

Chop, soak and drain fish.
Slice pork. Place pork slices between fish on a serving plate. Sprinkle with ginger.
Steam for 10 minutes until pork is done.
