Ingredient
1 piece fresh octopus
1 tbsp lime juice
Sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce (Thai style)
1 tsp fish gravy
1/3 tsp sugar
some sesame oil and pepper
1/2 tsp corn starch
Method
Remove the skin of octopus. Use salt and water to wash the octopus. Then, cut it into pieces and poach in water.
Mix the sauce with octopus. Then, put in pre-heat oven and grill around 10 minutes. To serve with fresh lime juice.
