Ingredient
Fresh prawns 6 pieces
Spaghetti 200g
Margarine 1 tbsp
Mashed green onion 1 tsp
Seasoning
Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
Cornflour 1/2 tsp
Pepper to taste
Method
Halved prawns from the back with knife, clean and wipe them. Apply seasonings, set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp margarine, stir-fry green onion before adding apaghetti, stir, set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil, fry prawns until fully cooked, add to spaghetti. Ready to serve.
