Ingredient
American spare ribs 500g
Seasoning
Thyme powder 1/3 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Cornflour 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Red wine 1/2 cup
Pepper to taste
Method
Rinse and cut spare ribs into slices. Put in marinade and leave it for 3 hours.
Heat 1 tsp of olive oil and bake-fry ribs for 15 minutes until cooked. Ready to serve.
