Ingredient
2 pieces rib eye steak
2 pieces goose liver
some salad vegetable
1/2 cup brown sauce
1/3 cup red wine
1 tbsp whipped cream
Seasoning
Some salt and pepper
Method
Marinate the steak and goose liver with seasonings. Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil to fry the steak and goose liver until done.
Heat the brown sauce. Then, pour in red wine and whipped cream. Pour in red wine and whipped cream. Pour onto the steak and goose liver. To serve with salad vegetable.
