Ingredient
13g laver
113g finely chopped lean pork
150g fish balls
Chinese parsley
3 cloves garlic
Seasoning
Marinade:
1 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp caltrop starch
1/2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp water
pepper to taste
Method
Cut laver into shreds or small pieces. Stir fry in wok without oil for a while. Remove, wash and squeeze out water. Finely chop garlic.
Mix lean pork with marinade.
Heat wok and add 1/2 tbsp of oil. Stir fry garlic until golden. Add lean pork and stir fry. Add 3 1/2 cups of water and bring to the boil. Put in laver and fish balls. Bring the soup to the boil. Dice parsley and put it into wok. Serve.
