Sa Shen Soup with Yu Zhu and Corn Whiskers

Ingredient

1 tael Sa Shen (40g)
1 tael Yu Zhu (40g)
2 taels corn whiskers (80g)
8 taels lean pork (sliced) (320g)
5 candied dates

Method

Wash lean pork and scald with boiling water. Rinse with water. Wash and drain all other ingredients.
Boil water. Add all ingredients and bring it to boil. Reduce to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add salt. Serve.
