大眼雞魚 1條(約1斤)
普寧豆醬 2湯匙
芫荽 1棵 (切碎)

Seasoning

醃料:
鹽 2茶匙
胡椒粉 適量
Method
將大眼雞魚去鱗及內臟後,清洗乾淨,以醃料拌勻魚身及魚肚醃約20分鐘。
將大眼雞魚盛於碟上,以大火隔水蒸約10分鐘,放上芫荽碎,取出待涼後,放入雪櫃冷凍約20分鐘取出,以普寧豆醬蘸吃。
